User Data Deletion
User Data Deletion
Effective date: 17 May 2026
This page explains how to request deletion, correction, access, withdrawal of consent, or no further marketing contact for personal information submitted to Montaigne, HNWI Chronicles, Siya Prive, or related advertising and lead-generation forms.
1. How to request deletion
Send an email to hnwi@montaigne.cowith the subject line "User Data Deletion Request".
If your request relates to Siya Prive, use the subject line "Siya Prive User Data Deletion Request". If it relates to HNWI Chronicles, use "HNWI Chronicles User Data Deletion Request".
2. What to include
- Your full name.
- The email address and phone number you used in the form, ad, WhatsApp message, call booking, product enquiry, or partner enquiry.
- The relevant line: Montaigne, HNWI Chronicles, or Siya Prive.
- Where you submitted the data, if known: website form, Meta lead form, Google ad, WhatsApp, email, Calendly, product onboarding, or partner workflow.
- Approximate date of submission.
- Whether you want deletion, correction, access, withdrawal of consent, or no further marketing contact.
3. What happens next
We will review the request, verify enough information to identify the record, and then delete, anonymise, correct, or restrict the relevant data where we can. We may ask for additional information if the request cannot be matched to a record.
If the information was routed to a relevant property partner, developer, service provider, adviser, or delivery counterparty to handle your request, we may also forward or coordinate the deletion request with that counterparty where appropriate.
4. Records we may need to retain
Some records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, tax, payment, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, agreement, audit, or legitimate operational reasons. Where full deletion is not possible, we will limit the record to the purpose that requires retention.
5. Meta, Google, and other ad platforms
If you submitted data through a Meta, Google, LinkedIn, or other ad-platform lead form, you may also manage advertising preferences through that platform. This page gives you a direct Montaigne route to request deletion of information we received from those forms.
