This policy explains how Montaigne Smart Business Solutions Private Limited ("Montaigne", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information across www.montaigne.co, HNWI Chronicles, Siya Prive, and related advertising, lead-generation, GTM, strategy, research, and partner operations.
1. Who operates these services
Montaigne is the parent and operating entity for the Montaigne website and for business lines and partner-led services that may include HNWI Chronicles and Siya Prive. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, Montaigne is the entity that receives enquiries, runs GTM and strategy operations, manages advertising and lead flows, enters product or partner arrangements, and coordinates fulfilment through the relevant business or partner line.
2. Information we collect
- Identity and contact details such as name, phone number, email address, company, role, city, country, and preferred communication channel.
- Business context such as company stage, strategic problem, GTM requirement, property interest, product enquiry, partner context, or requested service.
- HNWI Chronicles context voluntarily shared for product qualification or delivery, including wealth-move context, jurisdictional interest, family-office or adviser role, decision timeline, and related briefing material.
- Siya Prive context voluntarily shared for property or partner enquiries, including budget range, location preference, property type, visit interest, call notes, lead status, and transaction-stage updates.
- Commercial and operational records such as proposals, invoices, payment confirmations, agreements, support requests, meeting notes, and fulfilment status.
- Website and advertising data such as device information, browser type, pages viewed, form events, source campaign, cookie or pixel identifiers, and analytics events.
3. How we collect information
We collect information when you submit forms, respond to ads, book calls, message us on WhatsApp or email, interact with our websites, speak with our team, sign an agreement, make a payment, or voluntarily share information for product, property, partner, research, or strategy work. We may also receive information from advertising platforms, analytics tools, referral partners, property partners, public business sources, or counterparties involved in a relevant request.
4. Why we use information
- To respond to enquiries and qualify whether Montaigne, HNWI Chronicles, or Siya Prive is relevant to the request.
- To operate GTM, strategy, lead-generation, research, partner-support, product-delivery, and client-support workflows.
- To schedule calls, site visits, product discussions, research delivery, partner handoffs, and follow-up communication.
- To run and measure advertising on channels such as Meta, Google, LinkedIn, search, referral, WhatsApp, email, and other business channels.
- To share relevant lead or enquiry information with the appropriate operating line, property partner, developer, adviser, service provider, or delivery partner where needed to serve the request.
- To protect the website, prevent misuse, maintain records, comply with law, enforce agreements, and resolve disputes.
5. HNWI Chronicles and Siya Prive
HNWI Chronicles
HNWI Chronicles is a Montaigne product and research line. Information submitted for HNWI Chronicles may be used to evaluate fit, scope research, prepare decision-intelligence outputs, administer agreements, process payments, and provide support. HNWI Chronicles does not require you to submit sensitive family, financial, legal, tax, or transaction information through open web forms. Where sensitive material is needed, it should be exchanged only through an agreed channel and, where appropriate, after NDA or written engagement terms.
Siya Prive
Siya Prive is supported by Montaigne as a GTM, partner, and property-demand line under applicable arrangements. Information submitted for Siya Prive may be used to qualify property interest, coordinate calls or visits, route relevant details to property partners or developers, track lead quality and transaction progress, and administer partner reporting or commercial attribution. Property availability, price, title, approvals, and statutory disclosures must be confirmed with the relevant developer, owner, or authorised property counterparty.
6. Advertising, analytics, and cookies
We use advertising and analytics tools, including Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager, to understand traffic, measure campaigns, improve lead quality, and support retargeting or conversion measurement. These tools may collect device, browser, page-view, form-event, and campaign-source information. You can control cookies through your browser settings and advertising preferences on the relevant platforms.
7. Sharing of information
HNWI Chronicles
When an enquiry relates to HNWI Chronicles, information may be used for product qualification, research scoping, Decision Memo or related research delivery, support, invoicing, and agreement administration.
Siya Prive
When an enquiry relates to Siya Prive, information may be used for property matching, call qualification, visit coordination, partner reporting, commercial attribution, and communication with relevant developers, property partners, or field teams.
Service providers
We may use hosting, analytics, advertising, email, calendar, form, CRM, payment, document, communication, and security providers to operate the site and services.
Partners and counterparties
Where a request requires it, we may share relevant information with property partners, developers, advisers, consultants, contractors, or business counterparties who need the information to evaluate or serve the request.
Legal and safety
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, to enforce agreements, or to respond to lawful requests from authorities.
We do not sell personal information as a standalone data product. We may share information where it is necessary to respond to a request, operate a service, run advertising or analytics, coordinate with partners, perform an agreement, or comply with law.
8. Retention
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including lead follow-up, product delivery, partner reporting, legal, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, and audit requirements. If a record is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymise, or archive it in line with operational and legal needs.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal information. No website, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. Please do not submit highly sensitive material through public forms unless we have agreed on an appropriate channel.
10. International processing
Some service providers, advertising platforms, hosting systems, and communication tools may process information outside India. Where we use such providers, information may be transferred and processed in other countries according to the provider's infrastructure and applicable law.
11. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, updating, deletion, withdrawal of consent, or restriction of future contact by writing to us. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records where required for legal, contractual, accounting, security, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Our services are intended for adults, businesses, families, founders, property buyers, investors, advisers, and professional counterparties. They are not directed to children under 18.
